Ingredients
- 5 tomatillos
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ¼ white onion
- 2 poblano peppers
- 3 fresh serrano peppers (6 if pickled)
- roast the veg
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- bundle of cilantro
Instructions
add to food processor, blend to desired consistency
